Kyle has spent his entire career investing in services businesses in the lower middle market. He spent nearly a decade as the first employee at a private equity firm, where he led and contributed to more than 50 transactions across consumer and business services. Kyle believes the best investments are built on great relationships — grounded in honesty, shared goals, aligned values, and the right incentives. He focuses on sourcing, thesis development, M&A activity, and post-close leadership and growth initiatives across 14V’s portfolio. As a former Division I basketball player at BYU (where he served as team captain), Kyle brings the same competitive mindset and commitment to 14V that defined his time on the court.
Kyle lives in Utah with his wife, Kelli, and their three children. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching his kids’ sports teams, river rafting and all things outdoors, jiu jitsu, and traveling with his wife.
